Our Christmas event this year is for a fun relay at the Hastings Golf course on Friday 7th December, relay teams will be chosen on the night please be at registration between 5-5:30pm.

Following the relay event will be the Annual General Meeting of the club at 7pm, please find attached the agenda.

Nominations for club officials are encouraged, with a number of committee members standing down this year. Please forward your nominations to the club secretary email [email protected]

This year the Xmas function will be catered for by the Hastings Golf Club, full Xmas buffet and dessert approximately 7:30pm. For catering purposes we will require confirmation of your attendance to the dinner by the 29th November. See attached flyer. The dinner is $20 per club member, $10 children aged 5-14 and under 5's free. This price is 50% subsidised by the club. Non members are welcome, however they will be charged full price at $40 per person. There will be a cash bar operating on the night. Prizegiving will follow the dinner during dessert.
